Booked the coastal break in Devon and the first thing I noticed was how the coach pickup times were laid out in the confirmation email, which saves a lot of phoning around. Hotel was clean and the staff sorted a late check in without fuss. Good value for the money. Will use them again for the autumn trip.

We have booked the same villa in Crete with them for about fifteen years now, and this year was the first time the transfer from the airport was not waiting when we landed. It turned up about forty minutes late, which is a shame after all this time, but the rep sorted it out quickly and we got to the villa fine. Still the best company we have used for a family trip, and the pool was lovely as always.
