The best bit was that the booking form asked only what it needed to. We booked a narrowboat trip on the Kennet and Avon for two weeks. Everything went smoothly and the handbook arrived on time.

Having booked coach tours for years, this is much better value than the big operators I usually use for the same Scottish route. The itinerary was laid out clearly and the coach pickup was on time. Even the seat allocation was sorted before we set off. I'd happily book this route again.
