Compared with the cheap coach tours my mum used to book, this was a much nicer experience. The group size was smaller and the rep actually knew the area well. We went to Cornwall in the summer and the hotel had a decent pool. Booking on the site was dead simple and I would go again.

Booked a last minute break to Brighton and it was a lot quicker than I thought it would be. The rep was on the ball and the hotel was right on the seafront. Got the trip done in one go on the app. Would book again.

I booked a Peak District walking week for my sister and me, and the booking itself was straightforward enough, with the dates and rooms all as I wanted them. I did wait nearly a fortnight for the final confirmation letter though, which I found rather unsettling when you are arranging things for two people. Once it arrived everything was in order and the walks were well led. A little more promptness would have been appreciated.

Full board, coach travel and a guide for a week in the Lakes for what we paid is good value in my book. The booking was simple and the payment schedule meant we were not stung all at once.
