Compared with the cheap coach tours my mum used to book, this was a much nicer experience. The group size was smaller and the rep actually knew the area well. We went to Cornwall in the summer and the hotel had a decent pool. Booking on the site was dead simple and I would go again.

I needed something to get me out of the house after my wife passed last year, and a group holiday seemed the sensible choice. The booking line was patient and helped me sort out the single room. The rep on the Cornwall trip checked in on me quietly and kindly. The hotel was quite a bit more comfortable than I expected for the price.
