We needed somewhere accessible for my mother's eightieth birthday, and the listings here were clearly marked, which was a great help. I did find the search filters a little fiddly to use at first. Once booked, the host was attentive and answered my questions promptly. The ground floor flat was exactly as described and very comfortable for everyone.

Booked a cottage in Northumberland mainly for the view shown in the photos, and it was not quite as pictured. The view was partly blocked by a neighbouring barn. The price was fair for the size but I was disappointed with the difference. Waited four days for the host to reply about it, which was frustrating when we had questions before arriving.
