Compared with the usual sites I use, this one pulled together the flight and hotel in one place which I hadn't expected to see. I've been booking trips myself for years and I know the market well. The fares were competitive and the confirmation came through fast. Everything worked properly on the day, from the transfer to the check in, and the info pack was clear. Good one.

Looked at a few sites before settling on Gootickets for a city break in Edinburgh. The booking itself was quick, I picked the hotel and train together in one go which saved a bit of faff. Confirmation came through straight away and the pack arrived by email the next morning. Only niggle was the seat I wanted on the train had gone so I had to pick another time.
Looked at two other sites first and this was a bit cheaper for the Cardiff weekend we had planned. The booking itself was quick enough. When our train got cancelled I had to message them for a refund and it took nearly a week to hear back. In the end it all got sorted but I'd have liked a faster answer.
