Needed a flight to Miami for Friday because my mate's wedding got moved up and I was panicking. Sorted it on my phone in the car park, the app kept my details saved so it was quick. Got the e-tickets straight away and the flight was fine.
Read moreI used them to rebook our flight after the airline cancelled, and it was not the easy experience I had hoped for. The site kept timing out during the change and I had to ring the helpline twice, with a wait of around forty minutes each time. In the end the new flights were sorted but I lost most of an afternoon, and the price difference was higher than I expected.

The booking went through without difficulty and the confirmation was clear about the arrival time. Read moreHonest verdict, it worked well for a short break to Dublin. The flight times were right and I did not have to chase anything. The one thing I would change is the price of the add ons, which felt a bit steep compared to a couple of other sites I checked, but the trip was lovely.
We booked a cottage in the Lake District through them and the listing matched the place we stayed in pretty well. The only niggle was the cancellation terms were a bit harder to find than I would have liked, though the booking itself was quick. Good price for a week away.
Compared with booking straight through the airline, this was a few pounds cheaper for the same flights, and I have used them for years now. The only small niggle is the seat selection costs extra and you have to find it in the menus. Otherwise the tickets arrived on time and the booking was easy to follow.
We needed a last minute hotel in Edinburgh for a long weekend and didn't have much time. Compared a few places and this one had the best price. Only niggle was the room photos looked a bit newer than the room.

The company presents its offers online, where visitors can book entry tickets and combined trip options before arriving in the state. Its customers are largely UK and international holidaymakers planning a visit to Florida who want to arrange attraction access in advance.
