Needed a flight to Miami for Friday because my mate's wedding got moved up and I was panicking. Sorted it on my phone in the car park, the app kept my details saved so it was quick. Got the e-tickets straight away and the flight was fine.
Read moreI used them to rebook our flight after the airline cancelled, and it was not the easy experience I had hoped for. The site kept timing out during the change and I had to ring the helpline twice, with a wait of around forty minutes each time. In the end the new flights were sorted but I lost most of an afternoon, and the price difference was higher than I expected.
Read moreWe booked a week in a cottage in Cornwall through their holiday section, which was the first time we had used them for a self catering stay. The booking went through without difficulty and the confirmation was clear about the arrival time. The property was a little smaller than the photos suggested, though it was clean and the location was lovely. Good value for the price we paid, and I would…
Read moreCompared with booking the same hotel direct, this one was actually dearer once the booking fee was added at the end. The fee was not shown until the last page, which was a bit irritating. The room itself was fine and the stay went ok, but I would expect a clearer total upfront.
Needed to book a hen weekend in Brighton for about eight of us, so a group booking was the main reason I used them. The booking page kept logging me out halfway through, which was annoying, and I ended up doing it twice. Once it went through the rooms were fine but the house was not as clean as I'd hoped and the check in took ages. The price was ok, not the cheapest.
I have to say the booking itself was straightforward and the pages were clear to follow, which I appreciated as I am not the most confident with websites. The price was fair but not the lowest I found, so I did wonder whether it was worth the extra. When I rang with a question about the timings, the person on the phone was patient and helpful, though I did wait a while to get through.

FloridaTix is a holidays and trips company focused on Florida, selling tickets and packages for the state's theme parks, attractions and experiences. The company presents its offers online, where visitors can book entry tickets and combined trip options before arriving in the state. Its customers are largely UK and international holidaymakers planning a visit to Florida who want to arrange attraction access in advance.
FloridaTix sells direct to the public through its website rather than through a physical shop, with bookings confirmed electronically. The range centres on Florida attractions rather than general travel, so the site is best understood as a specialist ticketing service for a single destination.
