Compared to going straight to the airline site and hunting for the flight and hotel separately, this was much quicker. I'd never booked a package before and was worried I'd miss something, but the booking page laid out the flights, hotel and transfers clearly and the total was shown before I paid. The confirmation came through within a minute and everything matched what I'd picked.

The booking went through fine and the hotel was what we'd picked, so on the whole the trip was a success. Cancelling one of the nights was a different story though. The refund took well over two weeks to show back on my card and I had to message them twice to find out where it was. The customer service reply was polite once it came but it was slow.
