We booked the guided walking tour in the Dolomites for my husband's birthday after comparing three other operators. The price was a bit higher than one of the others but the group size was smaller and the guide was brilliant with the route choices. Everything was on time and the pick up points were where they said they'd be. Lovely trip, we'd happily go again.

We needed a last minute package for a city break with the kids over half term, and we know the travel side well after a lot of years booking our own. The flights were sorted with the right luggage allowance and the hotel was close to the station as promised. The support line picked up quickly when a train was delayed. Solid, no fuss, just what we needed.

It was a bit more expensive once you added the extras but still fine. Some of us had a slight wait for the group airport transfer but the rep sorted it out. Fun weekend.

The hotel was a bit further from the centre than the map showed but the tram was close by so it was fine. Support chat took a while to reply on a Sunday but got it sorted. Had a really good time.

Looked at a few options for a coastal weekend in Devon and this one had the best detail on the pub we stayed in. The room was exactly as shown. Quick and easy to book.

I know the holiday market well and this was a fair package for the money. The hotel in Tenerife was clean and the location matched the description. My main complaint is that the reply to my query about a room change took three days to come back. The trip itself went fine once it was sorted.

Our last few trips were booked with other companies so I know what to look for, and this one gave clearer details on the villa and the local transfers. The villa in Corfu had everything it said on the listing. The airport transfer was on time and the driver was helpful with the luggage. Nothing to complain about.
