Booked a short break in the Peak District for two and the whole process took about ten minutes. Confirmation came quickly and the cottage was exactly where it said it would be. Nothing more to add really.

Compared with the last company I used for coach holidays, this one is far less rigid about the timetable and the hotels are better. We had a long weekend in York and the guide was patient with everyone's walking speed. The only thing I'd mention is that the booking confirmation came with a lot of pages. Still, I'd book with them again.
