The booking form asked only what I needed to know, and they phoned to check the dietary requirements for my husband. The walking tour of the Lake District was well organised and the guide was lovely. We'll be using them again.

I did find the rebooking of a missed connection took a little longer than I'd have liked, the reply to my email came after three days. Otherwise the itinerary was well put together and the hotel breakfasts were generous. I would go with them again.
Honestly the pool at the Algarve hotel was the best bit, the rest was fine. Booked it on the app in the queue at Tesco and it was quick. Airport transfer was a bit delayed but the rep sorted it. Would go again, just wish the wifi in the rooms was better.

Only niggle was the coach back from Lisbon left about forty minutes late because someone's bag wasn't loaded, so we all stood around in the car park for ages. Hotel was fine and the rooms were clean. Ordering on the app took maybe five minutes, which was dead easy.
