Cheaper than booking direct but slow to confirm

Compared it with booking straight with the ferry company and the price here was lower by a fair amount on the same sailing. Booking was simple enough. The confirmation took about a day to arrive though, which made me nervous as the trip was only a few days away.

Needed a last minute crossing

Needed to get across to Ireland at short notice after a change of plans at work. Found a sailing the same week for a fair price and booked it in about ten minutes. Easy to pick the car option and add the passengers. Nothing to complain about.

The seat booking was really easy

The seat booking bit was the thing I liked most, you pick your spot on the boat straight away and it shows what is still free. Booked a trip to Holland with my mates, quick and no faff. Got the tickets in my inbox right after paying. Would use again.

booking was fine but dates were confusing

First time using the site for a ferry and the date picker was a bit confusing at first, I picked the wrong return date and had to change it. Once I sorted it the sailing was easy to find and the price was fair. Customer support took two days to reply to my question about changing the date, which was slower than I wanted.

reliable for our yearly trips

We have been booking our trips to the continent through them for years and the process has not changed much, which I like. The timetables are easy to read and the changes are simple if the sailing time moves. This year they sent a reminder with the check in time a few days before, which was helpful. Always a smooth booking.

better than booking direct

Compared it with going straight to the ferry company and the price here was a bit lower for the same sailing. The site showed the times and fares clearly so I could pick the one that suited us. Booking took a few minutes and the paperwork came by email. A small thing, but the seat reservation cost more than I expected.

booked a foot passenger ticket

I booked a foot passenger ticket for a day trip across the Channel to Calais, which my sister had suggested. The booking itself was straightforward and I was not rushed through any of the pages. The confirmation arrived promptly and the times were exactly as shown. I found it very civil to deal with, and I would happily use it again.

Way easier than the ferry company site

Compared with the ferry company's own site this was much easier to use for finding a sailing with a cabin. The filters for dates and passengers meant I could see what was left quickly. Paid without any hiccups and the booking reference came through within a minute. My first time booking a crossing and it was painless.

Booked it on the bus

Best booking experience I have had for a ferry, and I did it on my phone on the bus. Found the sailing, picked the cabin and paid in a few taps. Tickets were in my email straight after.

Booked a cabin for the night crossing

I booked a cabin for the overnight crossing to Spain and found the options laid out clearly. The price shown was the one I paid, which I appreciated. The confirmation arrived a little later than I expected, but it did arrive.

Needed a ferry for the caravan

We needed a ferry for the caravan and the site had the right size option in the drop down, which saved me phoning anyone. Booked it for a trip to Brittany in the summer. Was a bit fiddly to get the dates right but once it was done it was done. Confirmation came quick.

Clear comparison of routes

The site is the easiest place I have found to compare the routes and prices for a crossing to the continent. I looked at three other booking sites before settling on this one because it showed the full cost with the car included from the start. Booking was simple and the emails were clear about the check in time. Very happy with the trip and the price.

Useful for cheap crossings

We needed to get the car across for a family wedding in France and the cheap fares on here made it doable. I know the ferry routes well after years of going to France, so I checked the sailings against the operator times and they matched. One small niggle was that the confirmation email took a little while to arrive, so I rang to check it had gone through. It had.

The best option for us

Best option out of the few I looked at for a Portsmouth to Bilbao sailing with the car. I checked two other sites and the ferry company direct, and this came out cheapest for the same cabin. Booking took about ten minutes on my phone, and the confirmation was there before I'd even put the kettle on.

Booked a foot passenger ticket

Booked a foot passenger ticket for a day trip across the channel. The ticket came by email with a barcode and I showed it on my phone at the terminal. Simple and it worked first time.

best value for a family crossing

This is the best value I have found for booking a ferry with a car and two kids. The price on the day of booking was lower than going direct with the operator, and the total included everything with no surprise add ons at the end. The booking was done in one sitting and the confirmation came through right away. Would book again for next year's trip.

found the best crossing for the price

We needed a crossing to the south of France for a summer holiday with the dog and the car. I compared a few options before booking and this one had the best fare for the timing we wanted. The booking was done in one go and the pet travel details were easy to add. Everything came through as expected and we have used them since.

Cheaper than the other sites I tried

I checked three other sites for a crossing to Ireland with a car and this one came out cheaper than all of them for the same sailing. The search was quick and the results were easy to read. The booking page asked for some extra details that felt a bit much, and I had to go back once because a field did not save. Once I got past that, the booking was fine and the confirmation came through promptly.

Booked a cabin for the crossing

Booked a cabin for the overnight crossing to Spain on my phone while waiting for the bus. Took about five minutes, the seat or cabin choice was clear. The price went up a little between searching and paying which was annoying but not a dealbreaker. Got the booking email straight after, all good.
