city break sorted quickly

Booked a Edinburgh city break package through them and I knew the area well already so I could tell the hotel was a sensible pick for the price. Check-in was a bit slow on the day because the desk hadn't got our details, but a quick call sorted it. The flights and hotel came as one booking which saved me a fair bit of messing about.

Cheaper than booking the flights myself

Compared with booking the flights and hotel separately, this came out about a fair bit cheaper for our Lisbon trip. The only niggle was the seat selection, which cost extra and was not clear until the last step. Otherwise the confirmation was quick, the transfer from the airport was on time and the hotel was fine for what we paid. We would probably use them again for a short city break.

better than the big sites

Compared to booking direct with the hotel this was cheaper and the rooms matched the photos. Had a quick question about check in and they replied within the hour. Easy one to recommend to mates.

Needed a cheap weekend away

Needed a cheap weekend away with my mates so I booked a Newquay trip on here. The deal looked good but the hotel was a bit further from the beach than I thought and the room was pretty basic. Customer service took ages to answer my message about the late check in. Still got there in the end though.

Got a deal i didn't expect

Honestly the flexible dates filter was what got me, I could see the cheapest weeks at a glance. Compared a couple of other sites before this and the package to Brighton came out lower. Booking took about ten minutes on my phone and the app kept my details saved for next time. Would use again.

Booked the lakes break

Booked the Lake District weekend through them last month and it was honestly so easy. Got a text the day before with all the details, the cottage was lovely and the host was really friendly. Would book again.

First time booking a city break

Never booked a holiday online before so I was a bit nervous, but I went for a Manchester city break package. The booking took about ten minutes and I got an email with everything in one place. The hotel was in a good spot near the station and the check in was quick. Honestly couldn't have asked for much more for the money I paid.

Needed a last minute trip

I needed somewhere to go after my husband's health scare and wanted something booked without fuss. I have used them for about six years now, mostly for coach tours. This time I booked a short break in Cornwall and the process was straightforward, although the payment page timed out once and I had to start again. Everything else was in order and the hotel was exactly as described.

Not quite the hotel we hoped for

I'm afraid the hotel we booked for our anniversary was not quite what the pictures suggested. The room was clean but smaller than we expected and the view was of the car park. When I contacted them about it the reply took three days, which was rather slow. The rest of the booking process went without trouble.
