CamperDays

Honestly it was way easier to book than the other site I tried, which kept timing out on the payment page. Took me like five mins on my phone. The van was fine when we got it, bit of a wait at the desk though, maybe fifteen minutes, but the staff were nice about it and we still got away early.

Been using them for years and they've never let us down on a trip. The booking was straightforward as always and the confirmation email had everything we needed. Van was a bit older than the last one but ran well up to Scotland. Slight wait for the handover this time.

Compared to the other sites I looked at this was about £80 more for the same week, which annoyed me a bit. The van itself was fine though, it did the job for a long weekend in Cornwall. Pick up was a bit chaotic with a queue at the desk. Would probably try elsewhere next time.

Booked the 4 berth one for a weekend in Wales and it was spot on. Added the awning as an extra at checkout which was easy. Got there, van was clean and the gas was all working. Would do it again.

Best of the lot, and I've been booking with them for about eleven years now. The booking process is the same as ever, quick to log in, quick to pick dates and the confirmation comes straight away. Staff on the phone have always been patient with my wife when she asks daft questions. We went to the Lakes again this summer and the van was exactly as described.

We needed a van to move some stuff between flats and campervan hire was cheaper than a removal firm. I looked at a few options and this was the easiest to book with a clear total. Collection was on time and the van was clean inside. Drop off was no bother either.

Got the awning add on for our trip to the Lakes and putting it up was a faff, the instructions didn't match the bag. Van itself was fine and the pickup was on time. Price was higher than a couple of others I'd seen. Would think twice next time.

We needed a van at short notice because our original plans fell through and we had two kids and a dog to fit in. Booking was simple and I got a sensible option within a few minutes. The only niggle was that the cancellation terms were a bit fiddly to find on the site. Otherwise it all went smoothly and the van was ready when we arrived.
