We wanted a small group coach trip to the Cotswolds for my sister's sixtieth, and I'd heard good things. The booking itself was straightforward enough. On the day the coach was twenty minutes late, and nobody had told us in advance, which left several of the party standing in the rain. The guide was lovely once we got going.
