We've used them for the boat trip to the lakes every spring for about six years now, and the tickets for this year's sailing were booked the same way as always. Everything arrived on time and the booking was simple. The only niggle is the seats were a bit cramped this time, but that's the boat rather than them.

Tickets arrived by email within minutes of paying, which was the first thing I noticed. Compared a couple of other sites first and this was the cheapest for the family day out. Happy with it.

Bought the ferry and hotel package for our trip to the islands, and it worked out well on price. We got a better deal than booking each part separately. Everything was clearly laid out in the confirmation and the ferry times matched what we'd been told. Would use again for a trip of this kind.

I would say the coach tour represented excellent value for money, and I was glad we chose it. The booking was clear and the tickets arrived promptly. We have no complaints.

Compared this with booking straight through the theme park and it was about £14 a head more here for the same day ticket. Tickets did turn up in the end and the day itself was fine, but I'd have saved money going direct.
