I've stayed in plenty of business hotels and this one booked through their site with the corporate rate, which I'd not seen elsewhere. The room was a standard double with a proper desk and decent blackout curtains. Check in was quick and the lift was working, which is more than I can say for some places. Good value for a midweek stay.

Needed a room for tonight as my train got cancelled so I was on my phone at the platform. Booked through the app in about two minutes, card saved so no typing. Got the confirmation email and the check in was quick, just showed the code on my phone. Room was basic but clean and the wifi worked which is all I needed. Would use again.

Went for the flexible rate on a standard room because the conference dates were still up in the air. Cancelling was simple through the account page and the refund came back within a few working days. Room was a proper business standard with a good desk and fast enough wifi. Check in staff knew the conference booking straight away. Solid choice for a midweek trip.

Compared it with the usual big chain hotel near the station and this was a good bit cheaper for the same dates. Booking was simple and I got a sensible room with a decent shower. Breakfast was extra but reasonably priced and the coffee was actually drinkable. Would book again for a city break.

Honestly one of the better booking experiences I've had. Found a room the night before, paid on the site and the confirmation email landed instantly. Stayed two nights, room was fine, bed was comfy and the wifi actually worked. Would use again.

The room photos on the site made the place look a lot bigger than it was in real life. It was clean and the bed was fine, but there was barely space to get round the case. Booking itself was easy enough and I got a confirmation straight away. The area was handy for the bars and I'd rather it was honest than fancy. Probably wouldn't go back.
