The transfers from Geneva were on time and the driver knew the roads, which I didn't expect. Booking the ski pass and lift package through their site was simple, and the chalet had everything we needed. We've been skiing for years so I know what to look for, and this was spot on.

We needed somewhere with a pool and kids club for the summer holidays, so I looked at three or four other operators first. This one had the best mix of hotel and flights for the money, and the pool was as good as the photos. The rep at the resort was on hand the whole week for the kids.

Compared to the big booking sites this was a bit cheaper for the same hotel in Krakow, which is why I went with them. Booking was quick. Only thing is when I had to change dates the refund form was fiddly and took about a week to come through, so I had to chase it once. The holiday itself was lovely and everything matched what I'd booked.

Booked the Bruges city break for me and my husband after a friend recommended the company. The flight times were fine and the hotel was clean and central. The only thing that let it down was the price, which was a bit higher than what we saw elsewhere for the same dates.

Compared with booking the hotels myself on a comparison site, this was a lot less faff. They sorted the transfers and the rooms in one go, and when our train was delayed the rep rang us before we'd even noticed. Got the whole week in Cornwall sorted in one go.

We booked the four day Lake District coach tour for my wife's birthday. The pictures on the site showed a lovely lakeside hotel but we ended up in a place a fair way from the water, which was a bit disappointing. The coach driver was good and the itinerary was fine. When I rang about it the reply came two days later, so it took a while to get anything sorted.

Our flight to Lisbon got cancelled the night before we were due to travel and I needed something sorted fast. Booked a replacement through the site on my phone while stood in the queue. Rebooking took about five minutes and the new flight left at a sensible time.

Really good, would book again. Found a long weekend in Porto in about ten mins on my phone, paid and had the confirmation straight away. Hotel was clean and the transfer was on time. Nothing to complain about at all.

Still my first choice after booking with them for about ten years now, and the Edinburgh long weekend we did last month went just as smoothly as the rest. The hotel was in the right spot, the transfers turned up on time and the rep at the airport sorted a small issue with our seats straight away. Would book again.
