This time the safari pickup was a little late, which was a shame, but the driver explained the traffic and the trip itself was lovely. The dinner was excellent and the staff remembered us from previous visits, which we appreciated. We have always found their prices…
Read moreMy husband needs step free access and a ground floor room, so we needed to be sure the place could manage this. When we booked the site did not make the accessibility options clear and I had to phone them. The room we were given had a step at the entrance, and it took two days to get it sorted. I would not say it was a bad experience, but it was disappointing given what we asked for.

The booking itself was straightforward and the staff sorted a room change on request, though it took a while. Breakfast was good and the beach is clean. Fair enough for the money, but I would ask for a specific room next time.
