Really pleased with this one. Booked a long weekend in Edinburgh through the site on my phone and it took about ten minutes from start to finish. The hotel was exactly as listed and the transfer from the airport was waiting when we landed. Would use again.
Read moreNeeded to move a flight by a day because of work and that's why I went on the site. Sent a message through the form and heard nothing for three days. Had to ring them and was on hold for ages before someone sorted it, and they charged a change fee I wasn't expecting.
Read moreWe have been using this company for our summer holidays for about eight years now, and the most useful thing has always been the way they group flights and hotels together. Our last trip to Cornwall was no different, the hotel was clean and near the beach and the car hire pickup was simple. Customer service has always answered the phone promptly when we needed them.

Booked our flights to Lisbon through them again this spring, this is our fourth trip with AirAdvisor and the process is the same every time. Search, pick the fare, pay, and the confirmation came through in minutes. Had a question about baggage allowance and got a sensible answer the same day.
We booked a coach tour of the Lake District for my wife's birthday trip, which she had been wanting for years. The booking was straightforward and the itinerary arrived promptly by email. The driver and guide were very pleasant and the hotel was as described. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I'd happily book with them again.
Compared with booking direct with the airline, this came out about the same price once you add the bags, and that was a relief. The fare was clear from the start with no surprises at checkout. The confirmation email had everything in one place, which saved me printing a pile of papers. Good value for a short break.
Honestly the app is the way to go if you travel a lot, the search filters are actually useful and the saved trips section stops you losing track. I've used it for several city breaks now. The only thing that tripped me up was that the refund option is buried under help, so I had to look for a while when a flight changed.

We needed a last minute trip to Dublin for a funeral and had to get it sorted fast. Looked at a few places before settling on this one because the flights were a bit cheaper. Booking was quick and the flights were fine, though the seat selection cost extra and I hadn't expected that.
