Really pleased with this one. Booked a long weekend in Edinburgh through the site on my phone and it took about ten minutes from start to finish. The hotel was exactly as listed and the transfer from the airport was waiting when we landed. Would use again.
Read moreNeeded to move a flight by a day because of work and that's why I went on the site. Sent a message through the form and heard nothing for three days. Had to ring them and was on hold for ages before someone sorted it, and they charged a change fee I wasn't expecting.
Read moreWe have been using this company for our summer holidays for about eight years now, and the most useful thing has always been the way they group flights and hotels together. Our last trip to Cornwall was no different, the hotel was clean and near the beach and the car hire pickup was simple. Customer service has always answered the phone promptly when we needed them.
Read moreCompared it with two other sites for our family trip to Spain and this one came out better on the flight times. The price was a little higher than the cheapest option but the luggage was included, which made the difference for us with two kids. Check in on the day was simple and the transfer was waiting at the airport as promised.
