Ordered on Friday for Saturday delivery and it didn't turn up until Monday. Support took ages to reply, like two days, and then just said sorry. The food itself was fine when it arrived but I'm not waiting that long again.

I'd not expected the team to be so helpful when I rang about my husband's allergy, but they went through every item with me patiently. The labels are clear and the gluten free range is good. Delivery came exactly when promised, and the driver carried the box to the door. I have recommended them to my neighbours already.

Got the basil pesto in a jar after seeing it on someone's story and I was not expecting much. It arrived in a cool bag and the jar was intact, which was good. The flavour is really fresh and it went on pasta that night, tasted like it was homemade. Delivery was quick too, got it the next day. Will get more.

Only thing I'd change is they could mention the cooling pack on the site, I was in the kitchen panicking for a bit. Ordering was quick and easy, the basket saved everything I'd put in it. Would order again.

I tried the coffee beans after comparing three or four other roasters online first. The beans are roasted to order and you can tell from the smell when you open the bag. Flavour is bright and clean, lots of fruit notes in the filter brew. Price is about average for specialty beans, not the cheapest but fair. The bag arrived a day later than they quoted, though the tracking page was accurate about it. Happy with the purchase.

Bought the sourdough loaf and a jar of their cultured butter. Crust was properly blistered and the crumb had the open holes you want from a long ferment. Came packed in a cool bag with ice packs and still felt fresh a couple of days later. Best I've had delivered.
