Compared to ordering my usual weekly shop from the big supermarket this felt much more personal, with real descriptions of where things come from. First time ordering so I wasn't sure what to expect. Delivery window was clear and the driver was friendly.
I needed a proper cheese box for a dinner party and I know my cheese, so I was fussy. The selection was good with a couple of unusual British ones I hadn't seen anywhere else. Packaging kept everything cold and the cheese was ripe but not runny. Only small gripe is the chutney they sent was a smaller jar than the photo suggested.
Sephra's cheese box arrived with the brie already sweating through the packaging, which put me off a bit at first. Tasted fine once it came up to room temp though. Only thing I'd change is they could mention the cooling pack on the site, I was in the kitchen panicking for a bit. Ordering was quick and easy, the basket saved everything I'd put in it.
