The solar install on our semi went in eight years ago and it still makes decent money back every quarter, which is the bit I didn't expect. They've sent someone out twice for the inverter and both times the lad was on time and tidy. Price was fair when I signed up and nothing has crept up on the bill since. Happy to keep them on for the next few years.
Read moreCompared it to the brand I had before and this one feels a bit flimsier round the mounting. The app is fine but less detailed. Would have expected a bit more for the money.
Read moreWent with them for a home battery because it was a few hundred quid less than the big name for the same capacity. Installation booked for the following Thursday and they turned up in the window they gave. The only thing that bugged me was the install paperwork took a bit longer to come through than I'd like, about three weeks, but it was all there in the end.
Read moreCompared this against a well-known rival for the home battery and found it a touch cheaper for the same capacity. Their installer was courteous and tidy, which I appreciated. The one thing that held it back is that the paperwork for the grant claim took longer to sort than I was told it would.
I would say they are a sound outfit, and I have been with them for our bungalow for near enough eight years now. The paperwork at the start was clear and the installer was courteous. Their support line has always answered when I've rung.
We were losing power on the farm road most winters and needed something to keep the freezer and router going. Looked at a few options first, including two big names and a cheaper no-name box, and this sat in the middle on price. Setup was quick and it has done the job so far, though the fan is a bit louder than I'd like when it's working hard.
Needed a backup for when the power cut out during calls. Pretty pleased so far, sorted it on my phone quickly. Took a few days to get a reply when I had a question about the settings.

Honest verdict: fair price for the panels and the install was done properly. I compared three quotes and this was mid-range but included the scaffolding. The only niggle is the invoice came with a different reference number than the one I was given, so I had to ring to check it was the right account.
