Got a deal in minutes
Got a deal in minutes on my phone, which is the main thing. Bill is sorted and I can pay from my bank. Honestly brilliant, not much more to say.

Read moreLooked at the price when I signed up and it looked decent, but when the fixed deal ended the new rate was clearly higher than what I was paying. I rang to ask about options and got passed around a bit. Wouldn't say it's terrible but I did expect better after the first year.
Read moreSigned up for a new tariff on my phone while waiting for the kettle to boil and it took about ten minutes, which was brilliant. Only niggle is the app wants you to log in again every few days and it keeps asking me to confirm my email. Once I'd got past that the bills are easy enough to follow and I've not had any surprises yet.

Needed a home charger fitted fast as my car was arriving that week. Booked it through the site on my phone during a lunch break. Engineers came and did it the day after I booked, so no complaints there.
I was with another supplier before and switched over here around ten years ago. The price for the same usage has been better than what the other lot charged, and the customer side has held up. Bills come on time and the online account is much clearer than it was.
Switching over was way quicker than my last supplier, which took about six weeks and kept sending me letters. Did it all on the app while waiting for the kettle to boil, and the new account was sorted by the next morning.
Price is fair enough for what I use and the bills are straightforward. A query about my account took several days to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating. Would still stick with them.
Needed to sort out energy for my first proper place and this was the one that came up first. Signing up took ages because it kept asking for the same details twice. Once it was done, the account has been fine and bills match the usage.
Compared to my old supplier this is a step up, the bills are clearer and the price has stayed reasonable. Had one call where I waited a while to get through, which was irritating. Otherwise I've no complaints.
Booked the smart meter install through the site and the engineer turned up on the day. Took maybe an hour, quite painless honestly. Got the little display in the kitchen now which is kind of cool.

Switched over from one of the big names years back and it's been a good move. The tariff has stayed competitive and the online account is easy to use. Customer service has been helpful whenever I've rung up.
Looked at three suppliers before choosing these and they were not the cheapest on paper. Still happy enough with the deal and the account is simple to manage. Setup was fine, a bit slow to confirm, but it's sorted now.
Got the smart meter fitted and the engineer was lovely, but the appointment got moved twice and I was stuck in for most of a day. Once it was in the app worked fine and the readings are accurate. The booking side needs a bit of work honestly.

First time with them and I was surprised how simple it was to set up. Took maybe fifteen minutes online and the welcome email came straight away. Bills have been clear so far.
I needed a way to send my meter readings without fuss, as my eyesight isn't what it was. The telephone line was patient and the reading service was easy to use, and I'm grateful for that.
I got my first smart meter fitted this spring after moving into a new flat. The engineer turned up in the window they gave me and explained the display properly. It was all pretty painless. The app took a few days to link up with the meter, which was a bit annoying, but it's working fine now.
Honestly the fixed rate is the bit that matters, it hasn't moved for the whole term. Bills are predictable and I haven't had any nasty surprises. Setting it up took twenty minutes online and the first direct debit went out as promised.
The tariff works out cheaper than the last one I was on, and I checked it against a few comparison sites before going ahead. Setup was quick and I've had no trouble with the bills. Good value for what I pay each month.
Moved into a flat with no idea what to do about energy. Got a quote online in like five minutes and signed up same day. Bills have been fine so far, no drama.
Got the home EV charger installed through them and the install itself went well, two engineers did it in one day. The app to manage charging is handy. The only thing is the paperwork was slow, took about a fortnight before I had confirmation.
