We first needed them when our old boiler packed in during a cold snap and we had no hot water for three days. Been ordering from them ever since for the annual service and bits for the radiators. Prices are fair and the engineers they send out are usually decent, though the booking slots can be a bit vague.

The site let me pick my postcode and see straight away whether the engineer could come that week. Booked in about two minutes on the app, and the reminder text the day before was handy.

We needed a repair plan after our landlord said the boiler was on its last legs and we had to sort it ourselves. I signed up on the site in the evening and the cover started the next morning, which was a relief. The engineer who came out was friendly and fixed the pump in under an hour. The price was lower than the other quotes we got, so we felt it was good value.

Would use them again, the radiator key I got was exactly what I needed. Only thing was the email confirmation took about a day to show up after I paid. Nothing major, just means you sit there wondering for a bit.

Honestly they're the ones I go to for everything now, from filters to a new immersion heater. Ordering is simple, the service team picks up the phone, and the prices have stayed reasonable for years.

Got a quote from them and then found the same radiator valves cheaper on another site, so I went there instead. Looked at the price and figured the saving was worth the wait. Their delivery was still fine when I did order later, though.

Compared it to the big supplier on the high street and they were a fair bit cheaper for the same valve. Took a few days longer to arrive though, and the tracking was rubbish.
