Used to pay a lot more for my old broadband so I checked a few alternatives and this one came out cheapest for the speed I need. Signing up was straightforward and the welcome pack arrived a couple of days later. Fair price for a service that works.
Read moreBought the sim only plan and the sim card itself was fine, but it took nearly two weeks to turn up when the site said four or five days. I had to message their support twice before I got a proper answer. Once it arrived it worked straight away.
Read moreSwitched over from my old mobile deal and honestly it was a lot simpler than I expected, the signup took maybe ten minutes on the site and the SIM turned up two days later. Signal's been fine in my flat so far, the only thing I'd flag is the first bill came slightly later in the month than I was used to, but that's not a big deal.
Read moreWent with them over my old network because the plan was cheaper for the same data. Signed up on my phone during a break and the sim came the next morning. Easy.

Needed a new contract quick because my old one was ending, so I signed up on my phone on the way to work. The confirmation came through straight away and the new sim arrived the next day. Nothing to complain about so far.
Compared this against the big household names before signing up, and the bundle came out noticeably cheaper for the same speed. The sign up was quick and the account page is easy to find things on. Happy with the switch.
We were moving house and needed broadband on day one, so the fast install slot was the thing for me. Booked it online and the engineer turned up on time. Connection's been solid since.
The app is the best bit honestly, you can check your data and pay your bill without ringing anyone. Signed up in the app on my phone in bed. Got my sim in two days.
I'm pleased to say this has been a good experience from start to finish. The telephone adviser who set up my account was patient and explained each part without making me feel foolish, and the new handset arrived when they said it would. I'd have no hesitation in staying with them.
We needed a reliable line for the shop after our old one kept dropping, so I went with this provider and I've been a customer ever since. Renewal has come round twice and the price has stayed where it was promised. When I've rung the support line, the person has usually sorted it in one call.
Got the 4G sim and the rolling monthly plan from the app. Ordered it at lunch, sim came Thursday, swapped it over in my car on the drive home. Works fine.
Honestly the plan is exactly what it says and the price has not gone up since I signed up. The sim came quickly and the account is easy to manage on the app. I have had no real problems.
I think it's fair to say this was the right choice for us. The sign-up was handled carefully over the phone, and the adviser checked every detail with me before confirming. The installation was tidy and the connection has been steady since.
