Got my first contract with them last month and the sign up on the app was dead simple, ID check done in a minute. The SIM came out the next day and the phone was working by the evening. Data is plenty for me and calls are clear, so no complaints from me.

I compared a few providers before settling and ended up paying a little more for similar data. The sign up went fine and the SIM turned up when it said it would. Customer service was OK when I needed it.
