About Saily

Saily is a travel brand that sells eSIM data plans, allowing travellers to get mobile internet abroad without buying a physical SIM card in each country. Plans are bought online and installed digitally on a compatible phone, so customers can connect as soon as they arrive at their destination. The company covers a broad set of destinations and is aimed at holidaymakers, frequent travellers and business people who want to avoid roaming charges.

Saily operates entirely through its website and mobile app, with no retail shops, and customers manage their plans and top-ups from their account. Its support is provided online, and the service is positioned as a simpler alternative to traditional roaming and local SIM purchases.

Fine but the reply was slow

I have used them for a few trips over the years and generally I'm happy with the arrangements. This time the booking itself was fine but the change to my return date took nearly a week to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating when the tickets were involved. Once it was sorted the new times were correct and the hotel was as expected.
