Signing up was easier than I expected, the form took about ten minutes and the broadband was switched over within the week. My first bill matched what the site quoted, which I wasn't sure would happen. Support over the phone was helpful when I had a question about the router settings. Happy so far.
Read moreCompared with my previous provider the speeds in the evenings are noticeably lower, and it's been like this for about three months now. I've rung twice and was told it was a known issue in my area. The price is fine and the router works, but I'd expected a bit more for the money.
Read moreUpgraded to a faster package last spring, which I'd been putting off for ages because I thought it would be a faff. It really wasn't, they sent a text with a date and the change happened overnight with no need to restart anything. I've been with them since the early days and this was the smoothest switch I've done with any provider.
Read moreCompared with my last provider this is a big step up, the connection drops much less often and the speed is what the account says it should be. Had a small hiccup when I first set it up and the chat support took a while to answer, which is why it's not a five. Otherwise the bill is simple and the price is fair for what I'm getting.
Ordered a replacement router through the site and it turned up a day later than the tracking said. Packaging was fine and it set up without any bother. Only a small thing but I'd have liked the delivery to be spot on.
Honestly, it's a solid service and the line has been reliable. The higher speed package is a little more than some others charge for the same thing. You get what you pay for though and I've had no real problems.
