Better than my old network

Way better than my old network, which charged me extra every time I went over my data. Here I just get a text saying I've used most of my allowance and that's it. Sign up was dead easy and the SIM came the next day.

Needed a better line

I needed a better broadband line as the one I had kept dropping in the evenings, which was very frustrating when I was trying to keep in touch with family. The set up was straightforward enough, though the activation date was pushed back by a few days which I was not pleased about. Once it was connected the speed has been good and the line has stayed steady.

compared with my previous provider

Compared with my previous provider, I find this one considerably easier to deal with when something needs sorting. The engineer who came out to fix my line was punctual and explained what he had done. My monthly outlay has also dropped, which I did not expect when I switched across.

Needed data abroad

Needed data for a week in Spain and didn't want to pay my network's roaming rates. Signed up on the site in like five mins and the SIM was sorted before I left. Speeds were fine in Barcelona and Madrid, no complaints at all, would use again x

First time with them

I needed a new phone contract after my old one ended and I was nervous about switching providers. The sign up process asked a few questions and then showed me exactly what I'd pay each month, which I appreciated. The new phone arrived in a couple of days and I've been on it since, no issues so far.

mostly sorted

Mostly sorted with this, the signal's good and the data's enough for what I need. Only thing that annoyed me was the activation took a day longer than they said but it all worked in the end. Easy enough to sign up.

reliable for years

I needed a reliable line for my home office when my old provider let me down. They've been dependable since I signed up and the line has stayed up through all the storms we've had. I've been a customer for a good while now and haven't had any reason to look elsewhere.

the 4G router

Went for the 4G router as a backup for when my broadband goes down, and it's held up well for the past year. I've been a customer for a long time so I know how the service behaves. Setup was just plug in and go, and the data is generous enough that I've never had to top up. It's a solid bit of kit for the money.

Broadband gone slow

I've had their fibre broadband for about six years now. Last few months the speeds have dropped off in the evenings and it's been a real nuisance for my daughter working from home. I rang twice and was told it would be looked at, and it still hasn't been fixed properly, so I'm not impressed.

switched from my old one

Switched from my old network because I kept losing signal at home. This is clearly better inside the house, though the signal dips a bit in the basement which is fine for me. The bill is around the same as before, and I got a free SIM through the post in about two days. Only thing I'd note is that the first call to set up my account took a while to get through.

Cheap and cheerful

Got the cheapest plan they do and honestly it's been brilliant. Data's plenty for me, I use it for maps and Insta mostly. Sign up took like three mins on my phone.

sorted my phone in a day

Honestly the best phone deal I've had. Signed up on the app on the bus, sim arrived the next morning and I was up and running by lunch. Data's proper fast in town and the only thing I'd ask is they could do a cheaper add on for the weekends when I'm not really using it. Would definitely go again though, no complaints, no drama, just works.

Bought the 5G plan

Bought the 5G plan a few months back and it's been class. Downloads are quick, I stream on the bus with no buffering and the signal in the Northern Quarter is mad good. Took about two minutes to sign up on the app and I got a text confirming everything straight away. Only reason I'm not giving it more is I've not really tested it anywhere remote yet, but yeah happy so far.

Mostly fine but the setup dragged

The signal and the speeds are exactly what I expected after reading up on the plans, and the router connected without any drama. Signing up took longer than it should have though, because the site kept logging me out halfway through the address details and I had to start again twice. Once it was all live it's been solid, just a bit of a pain getting there. Price is fair for what you get.

Quick switch

Switched my broadband over in about ten minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle. The app walked me through the router swap and the new connection was live by the time I'd finished my tea. Didn't have to ring anyone which was the best bit honestly.

Decent but not cheap

It's a decent service but it isn't the cheapest out there once you compare the small print. The plan I went for works fine for my day to day use and the signal's reliable in my area. The price is a bit higher than the big budget providers for the same data though, so it's worth checking first.

The 12 month sim only deal

Got the 12 month sim only deal for my daughter's old phone and it's £12 a month for plenty of data. Compared to what I was paying my old network it's a massive saving, and I've never once had a bill that went up without warning. Nothing to complain about really, does exactly what I need for the money.

not quite as cheap as I'd thought

Compared with my last network this one is a little dearer once the extras are added on, which I hadn't expected from the advert. The contract itself was easy to set up and the signal at home is steady. I'd still stay with them, though I wish the price had been clearer when I signed up.

Signal's ok indoors

Good for the price tbh. The signal's a bit patchy in my flat but it's fine outside. Took a couple of days for the sim to turn up which was a bit annoying but no biggie once it was in.

Easy to get sorted

The first thing I noticed was how quickly they answered when I rang with a question about my bill. I had been expecting a long wait on hold, but a pleasant young man picked up within a minute and talked me through everything without rushing me. I'm not one for fiddling with apps, so I was glad of that. I'd happily stay with them.
