Got a bill that looked wrong and it took about four days for anyone to reply to my message. Price is fine for what I pay, though not the cheapest I could find. Once it was sorted the credit came through, but I'd have liked a quicker answer. I'd probably stay but I'd be more careful about checking the bill each month.

Compared to the bigger networks I tried before, the same data allowance costs me a fair bit less here. Signed up on the site and the sim came in the post a couple of days later. Speeds are a touch slower at peak times in the evenings but I rarely notice.
