Compared with my previous provider, the switch was far less bother than I expected, and I was dreading it. The team talked me through porting my landline number and it was all done within the week. I was also glad the monthly bill came out a little under what I had been paying before, with no hidden extras appearing later. I'd happily suggest it to my sister.

The staff were courteous when I rang with a question, and the repayments have been taken on the correct dates. I'd consider…
Read moreBought a sim only deal a while back and I've been with them for years now. The sim took a good while to start working when I first got it and I had to ring up to sort it out. Once it was running the calls and data have been reliable, just a bit of a faff at the start.
I got a sim only plan with a decent amount of data after looking at three other providers. The price was a fair bit higher than one of the cheaper ones but the coverage where I live is better. Took a few days for the sim to activate which was a bit slow, but it's been fine since.
Been with them for a few years on a monthly sim plan and the coverage is fine where I am. Price is about average for what you get, nothing to complain about there. The bit that let it down was a billing error that took about a week and three emails to fix, and they were slower to reply than I'd like. Usable, but I'd want quicker support.
