I'd say this is a sound choice if you run a small shop and want something that just gets on with it. My stock levels update properly and the payment side has never let me down in the two years I've used it. I'm not a technical man, but the help pages were clear enough when I got stuck with tax settings. Happy to stay with them.

Honest verdict, this is the best of the platforms I've used for my tool hire business and I've used four. Bookings and payments sync properly and the calendar is simple to read on site. Renewal is reasonable and I'd stick with it.
