Bought the business plan to compare

I tried three tools before settling on the business plan here. Sign up was quick but the first month's posts took a while to show up in the queue, and I had to chase the help team about it. It does the job now that it's sorted, but I wouldn't say it was smooth to start with.

The content calendar is the best bit

The content calendar is the detail I'd point to first, it shows the whole month at a glance and you can drag things about. Sign up was quick and I've not had any trouble with posts going out. It's a little pricey once you add the extra accounts, but for a small business it's still good value.

The auto repost feature

Grabbed the auto repost feature on my phone while waiting for the kettle. It's brilliant for evergreen posts and I've not had to touch it since. Posts go out when they should.

Needed to tidy up our club page

We needed a proper way to plan posts for the club newsletter and social pages, as the volunteers kept forgetting. Signing up took a little longer than I'd have liked, mainly because I had to confirm my email twice. Once it was running the posts have gone out regularly and the volunteers find the calendar easy to follow, so on the whole we're pleased with it.

needed to batch our posts

We needed to batch a month of posts for our cafe ahead of a menu change, doing it one by one on each platform was killing me. I've run social for hospitality clients for years so I know what I'm looking for, and the queue and approval step here does what I need. Scheduling is reliable and I've not had a post go out at the wrong time yet.

The bulk upload saved me on a busy week

The bulk upload is the thing that sold me, I dropped a whole month of captions into a sheet and it sorted the lot. I was on my phone between meetings and it still worked fine. Posts went out on schedule and I didn't have to chase anyone for help, which I was grateful for that week.

The post planner is actually nice

The calendar view is the bit I like most, you can drag posts around and see the whole week at once. I signed up for the free trial then moved to the basic paid plan. My only gripe is that the image editor is a bit slow when you've got lots of tabs open, but it's fine otherwise and I've not had any posts fail to publish.

bought the monthly plan for our little shop

We signed up for the monthly plan back in 2019 to handle our scheduling posts for the shop and we've kept it going ever since. The scheduler is easy enough once you get the hang of it and the analytics are handy for seeing what works. Only thing that bugs me is the reports are a bit clunky to export, otherwise we're happy.

good value for a small business

Compared with the big names this is much cheaper for what we actually use, which is mostly scheduling and a bit of reporting. Setting up was simple and our posts have gone out on time every week since. Support answered a billing question quickly too.

found it easier than the one we tried before

We had been using a different scheduler for a while but found it rather fiddly to set up for more than one page. When we switched to this one, booking in our monthly posts took far less time and the layout is clearer to read. I'm not a technical person so I was relieved it didn't take long to learn.

Better than the one I was using before

Compared with the scheduler I was using before this is noticeably quicker to work in, and I've been through a few of them now. The approval flow for client posts is sorted properly and the reporting is clear enough to send on. Posts have gone out on time every week and the support team has been quick when I've needed them.

best of the three I tried

Of the three I tried this was the easiest to get my head round, the others were far too busy. The price is in the middle of the pack, not the cheapest but not dear either. I did wait a day for a reply when I had a question, which was a bit slow, but the answer was helpful when it came.

Needed to schedule posts across clients

Needed something to schedule posts for my clients before the weekend. Signed up on my phone and was in the dashboard within a few minutes. Posts went out on time, which is all I asked for.

The reporting is decent for the money

Knows his way round a scheduler by now, so the tool itself is straightforward for me. The reporting covers reach and engagement well enough to show clients what's working, though it doesn't go as deep as the bigger platforms. The monthly cost is fair for a small team and the posts have gone out reliably.

The team seats make it easy

I looked at two other tools before choosing this one, and the team seats were the deciding factor. Adding my colleagues took a couple of minutes and everyone can see the same calendar. The posts have gone out without a single failure in the months we've been using it.

not as slick as the other one

Compared it to the other scheduler my mate uses and this just feels clunkier. Signing up was fine but the posts kept getting stuck as drafts and I had to fiddle with them. Pricier than I'd like for what you get, so I'm probably going back to the other one.

The best option we looked at

I believe this is the best option we looked at for managing our parish notices online. The scheduling works well and the layout is easy to follow even for those of us who are not so comfortable with computers. We've had no problems with posts going out, and I'd happily keep using it.

Worth keeping on for the scheduling alone

Honestly it's been good value and I'd say so to anyone. I've been using it to plan our posts for around four years now and the scheduling has never let us down, even over the busy Christmas period when we had a lot of promotions going out. The support team answered a question I had within a day, which was nice. The price has crept up a little but it still beats paying for the other big tools.

Needed something cheap to run our social accounts

We needed a way to manage three client accounts without paying for a full agency and this did the job. You get scheduling, a shared inbox and basic reporting for what works out to very little each month. Set up took about ten minutes and the posts go out when they should, which is all I wanted from it.
