Every cleaner I've had through them over the last six years has turned up on time, and that's the first thing I'd tell anyone. The app is decent, you can change the day without ringing anyone which I like. Last month I moved my slot to a Thursday and it was sorted in seconds. Quality has stayed consistent. They haven't put prices up much either, which is more than I can say for most.

Read moreThe app is way nicer than the other one I tried, easier to find stuff. Booking was a doddle and the time slots were actually clear. Bit annoying that I had to upload my ID twice though. Otherwise fine.
Booked the fortnightly clean through the app after looking at three other firms. The sign up took about ten minutes and the first visit was on the day they said. The cleaner was lovely but missed the skirting boards in the hall, which I only noticed after she'd gone. Happy enough to keep using them.
Needed last minute cover for my nan's flat and they had someone free within a couple of hours. Only snag was the wait for a reply to my message, about a day. Everything else was sorted.
