Every cleaner I've had through them over the last six years has turned up on time, and that's the first thing I'd tell anyone. The app is decent, you can change the day without ringing anyone which I like. Last month I moved my slot to a Thursday and it was sorted in seconds. Quality has stayed consistent. They haven't put prices up much either, which is more than I can say for most.
