Really good, would use again. Set it up between meetings on the train and it just worked, took about twenty minutes to get the first backup of our shared drive going. Support answered a question I had within the hour, which I didn't expect on a weekday.

Once it was all set up it has been reliable, and the restores we've done have worked fine. The sign up was slower than I expected though, because the licence side took several emails back and forth before the account was activated, and we lost most of a morning waiting. The price is on the higher side compared with what we paid before. I'd still stick with it because the backups are dependable, but the first week was frustrating.

I've administered backup systems for a few years and I went with this over a rival product mainly for the granular restore options. You can pull a single mailbox item without restoring the whole server, which the other tool made painful. Licensing is clear, and the documentation for the API is decent, though I'd like more examples.

Before picking this I looked at four other backup services and the trial on this one was the easiest to get into. The interface is clean and the schedules are easy to change without digging around. Price was competitive for what's included, and the restore took seconds when I tested it.

We've been using this for our accounts files for a long time now and the nightly jobs have never missed a beat that I know of. When we upgraded our server the transfer to the new one was smooth, and the team sent a note in advance about what to check. I'd have expected more fuss, to be honest, so it was good to see it go quietly.

I bought the virtual machine backup add on for our hypervisor cluster and it was easy to point at the right hosts. Incremental backups are quick and the replication job has been reliable. It's not the cheapest option but the features justify the cost for what we run.

We were moving our office server over to a new setup and I was worried we'd lose a load of files in the process. Our IT person suggested looking at a few backup tools and this one kept coming up. Booked it in on a Tuesday and had everything running by the Friday, so that was a relief.

This backup system is dependable and does exactly what it says it will, which is all I ask of it. The renewal was easy to manage and I was able to change my payment details without any bother. I'm glad I didn't have to ring anyone to sort it out.

Needed something to back up my laptop before uni got busy and this was quick to sign up for. Ran the first backup overnight and it was all there in the morning. Nothing to fuss about, which is good.

I've used a different backup service for years, and this one feels much more modern by comparison, with a neater dashboard and quicker restores. The only niggle is the renewal emails arrive a bit late, so I nearly missed the date last year. Otherwise I'm happy with the change.

I bought the cloud storage add on for our backups so we'd have a copy off site, and the setup took about ten minutes once I'd got the account sorted. Uploads are steady and the restore test went smoothly. Good value for what we needed, and it's easy to top up when the storage fills.

Bought the standard plan for our small office and it covers everything we need without paying for extras we'd never use. The licence works out cheaper per machine than the bigger name we looked at, which was the main reason we went with it. The only small thing is the setup guide could be clearer on the storage options.

The first thing I noticed was how granular the restore options are, so I can pull back a single mailbox or file without restoring the whole server. I've set up plenty of backup systems and this is one of the better ones I've used. The dashboard is clear and the reporting tells you what went wrong.

We needed an offsite copy of our databases because our old setup relied on a single disk in the cupboard. I knew what to look for so I checked the retention options and the encryption settings before signing up. Everything I needed was there and it's behaved exactly how I hoped.

We'd been using a cheaper backup product for years and it kept failing silently, which I only found out when we needed a restore. I compared a few options before picking this one and the difference is clear, the reports actually tell you what's happened each night. Setting it up took a bit longer than the other lot but it's been solid since.

Honestly the price was the deciding factor, it came in lower than the other two we priced up for our practice. Signing up was painless and the licence key arrived right away. Haven't had any failed jobs in the months we've been running it.

Compared with the cheaper product we used before, this is far more dependable, because the old one never told us when a backup had failed. We've been using it for our accounts files for years now and the nightly jobs have never missed. When I needed to pull back an old spreadsheet last spring, the restore took a couple of minutes and it was all there. Support answered my one question within the hour, which I was pleased about.

I bought the annual subscription for my late husband's photographs and files, which I'd been putting off sorting out for ages. When I needed to restore a folder last month the process was clear and it came back within the hour. I was grateful for the step by step guide, as I'm not very technical.
