Honestly the thing that got me was how quick the whole sign up was, I did it on the bus and had an answer before my stop. Money landed the next morning which was mad. They kept asking for the same photos twice which was annoying when I was at work. Once it was approved the payment came through fine though. Would have liked a clearer update on where it had got to.
Compared with the firm we used before, this is a bit slower to get going, but the service has been steady for years now. Our last renewal took about a week longer than the one before, which was a real nuisance when we were on a deadline. Otherwise I've no real complaints and we've stayed put.
