The interactive map showing exactly where each tree went is the thing I'd point to first. I'd looked at two other places and this one was the only one that showed the actual planting site rather than a stock photo. Booking was quick and the updates have kept coming.

Been a customer for a while now and I'm still happy with it. Each year I get a fresh update on the projects and the emails are clear. The renewal price went up a little this year, which is a shame, but the service itself hasn't changed and I haven't had any problems.

The only thing I'd flag is the confirmation email took a few days to arrive, which was a bit of a nuisance when I needed the receipt for my records.
