I booked a matinee ticket for my sister's birthday and what I appreciated most was the clear listing of the running time and interval. The seat I chose was comfortable and the usher was courteous. Everything arrived promptly by email and the whole arrangement was entirely satisfactory.

Grabbed two standing tickets for a gig at the Lyric last month on the app, took about two minutes and the QR code worked first time at the door, no fuss.

The seat map is the bit I noticed most, you can see exactly which seats are obstructed view and pick one before paying. Booked two for a Tuesday evening show quickly between meetings. Only niggle was the confirmation took a few minutes to arrive so I refreshed my inbox a couple of times, but the tickets were there in the app when I needed them.
