Compared to booking through the salon directly, this was much quicker. I'd never used a booking site like this before and was a bit worried I'd get charged twice or the slot would vanish, but the confirmation came straight away and the appointment was exactly where it said it would be. The stylist knew what she was doing and the whole thing took less time than I expected.
Read moreTook a while to get the confirmation for my appointment, which had me wondering if the booking had gone through at all. I rang the number on the site and they replied in a day or so and sorted it, but I'd have liked to know straight away. Appointment itself was fine once I was in the chair, but the wait made the whole thing drag.
Read moreI needed a brow and lash tint sorted before my sister's wedding and didn't want to pay salon prices for something I'd be doing on my own time anyway. Booked on the site in about five minutes, picked a Saturday morning slot and the price was shown before I put my card in. Turned up, they knew what they were doing and it was done in under an hour. Good value for what it was, and I'd book again.
Read moreI would say this is a very good service, but it is a little more than I'd normally pay for the same thing elsewhere. The staff were kind, the appointment was on time and the reminder was helpful. I do feel the cost could come down a bit for regular customers.
I needed a proper check done before starting a new job, and the deadline was tight. Looked at a few options and this was the one that could fit me in within the week. Booking was easy but the price came in a touch higher than the cheapest place I found, which is why it's not a full five for me. Service was solid.
Rebooking my usual appointment was not quite as quick as the first time, as the app wanted me to confirm my details again which I found a bit fussy. Once I'd got through that it was fine. The appointment itself was just as good as before and the price matched what I'd paid last time.

thefacehaus presents its treatments and bookings in one place. The company is known for focusing on facial care rather than general beauty, which gives its offering a clear and specific identity. Customers book and manage their appointments through the website, which keeps the process simple from first contact to final confirmation.
The range of services centres on facial treatments, and the brand presents each option with a plain description so that clients can understand what to expect before they book. Its clients are people who want a dedicated facial service rather than a broad salon menu, and the company is positioned for those who prefer a focused approach.
