Got the confirmation email straight away which was the first thing I noticed. Then every stage came through by email too so I knew where it was without ringing anyone. On my phone in the car park at lunch, easy to follow. Quick and no faff.
Read moreThe first thing that struck me was how long it took to get a reply to my question, almost four days. It was my first time using them and I was counting on a quick answer. When the answer came it was helpful, but the wait meant I had to rearrange my plans. The sign up was simple enough.
Read moreI bought the standard package after looking at two other places first, one of them was cheaper on paper but charged extra for the certificate. This one included everything up front which I liked. The application went through without any issues and the documents came back well before the date they gave me. Only small niggle was that the confirmation page took a while to load on my laptop, but it…

We needed the paperwork sorted before our holiday and time was tight. I compared three places and this one was the most upfront about timescales and fees. Signed up on a Monday, they confirmed the same afternoon, and everything arrived by Friday. Clear and easy to follow.
Needed it done fast cos I'd missed a deadline and was panicking. Booked it on the app in like two mins and it went through no bother. Got the updates by email and it was sorted quicker than I thought.
Compared with the firm my brother uses, this works out cheaper once you add up the extras. The process was polite and the instructions were clear enough that I didn't need to ring anyone. Documents arrived in good time and in good order.
I ordered the standard certificate on the site as I had been advised to do by my solicitor. The form was simple to complete and the confirmation came through without any trouble. It arrived when they said it would, and I'm grateful for that.
Needed a certificate for a house sale and the solicitor wanted it fast. Checked the rest of the market first and this came out cheapest once I'd added up the postage and the checking fee, which some places bury. Went through the form in about twenty minutes, uploaded my ID and it was done. No fuss, no upsell pushing me towards extras I didn't need, and I'd use them again for the next one.
Compared to going into the office in town this was way quicker, I didn't have to take time off. Booked it on my phone while waiting for the kettle to boil, got a reference number straight away. Needed to upload a photo and the app did it fine. Results came through in a couple of days and I didn't have to chase anyone.
Compared with the other two I looked at, this one was far less fuss. The other places wanted me to call before I could even book, whereas here I did it all online in one go. The price was about the same as the cheapest, and the updates came through on time. I was happy with how it went and it's the first place I'd look at again.
Went with these after comparing three places and this one was the easiest to get through. The price was in line with the others and the signup took about ten minutes. Everything came through when it should have.
Compared with the high street office I used for years, this is a lot less bother. I used to lose a whole morning travelling there and queuing. Here I filled it in at the kitchen table, uploaded what they asked for, and had it sorted within the week. I've been using them for a while now and it has stayed consistent.
