Got the confirmation email straight away which was the first thing I noticed. Then every stage came through by email too so I knew where it was without ringing anyone. On my phone in the car park at lunch, easy to follow. Quick and no faff.
Read moreThe first thing that struck me was how long it took to get a reply to my question, almost four days. It was my first time using them and I was counting on a quick answer. When the answer came it was helpful, but the wait meant I had to rearrange my plans. The sign up was simple enough.

This one included everything up front which I liked. The application went through without any issues and the documents came back well before the date they gave me. Only small niggle was that the confirmation page took a while to load on my laptop, but it…
Read moreThis is a fair service if you know what you need, and the process itself is straightforward enough. My one real gripe was that I sent a question through the site and it took nearly four days to get a reply, which felt slow for something that needed an answer before I could continue. Honestly this was fine for a first go, I'd never done anything like this before and was a bit nervous. The steps were clear enough and I got there in the end. Took longer than I expected to hear back about one question I had, around four days, which was annoying when I was on a deadline. Otherwise it did the job.

Customers buy a certificate and star listing package online, which is then delivered to them as a physical certificate and a record of the named star. The service is aimed at individuals looking for a personal or memorable gift and at those marking special occasions.
The company operates through its website, where the registration process and the options for certificates and presentation are set out for customers to choose from. Reviews on this page reflect customer experiences with ordering, the certificate and the service as a whole.
