Needed a beard trim before a family do so I booked on the app on my lunch break. The confirmation took a while to come through, so I wasn't sure it had gone through until I called. The trim itself was spot on and the barber did a good job with the edges.

The lash lift itself was done properly, with the solution timed right and the curl set even on both eyes, which is what I always check for. Booking was smooth and I got the slot I wanted. The one niggle is the tint came out a shade darker than I asked for, though the tech fixed it straight away without charging extra. Pricing is a bit above the places near me but the work is good.

I moved across town a couple of years ago and was dreading finding a new place for my nails. Compared with the shop I used before, this one is much more relaxed and the appointments run to time. The only downside is that they were fully booked for a while and I had to wait nearly three weeks for my first slot. Once I got in, I've been a regular since.

I've been having the lash lift and tint every four weeks for ages now. The lashes look natural and last nicely between visits. The only thing that's ever been a bit fiddly is the online calendar which sometimes shows slots as free when they've gone.

Having gone to a clinic in town for years, I found the difference here quite striking. The treatments are not as rushed and the therapist answers every question I put to her. I did feel the price was a little more than the clinic I left, so I can't say it's cheap, but the results are clearly better and the appointments run on time.
