I needed a quick top up to cover a gap between contracts, and I know this end of the market pretty well from doing this sort of thing before. The rate was in line with what I'd expect for a short term. The payout landed fast and the repayment dates were easy to set.
Read moreCompared to the credit union I usually check, this one works out a fair bit dearer over the term. The form itself was quick and easy enough. I went with them because I needed it that week, but I'd look harder next time.
Read moreI have to say the whole arrangement was handled with great courtesy from start to finish. When I rang with a question about my first repayment, the young lady who answered was patient and clear and made sure I understood. The money arrived in my account exactly as promised, and I am grateful for the help. I would be happy to use them again should the need arise, and I have already mentioned them…
Read moreI took out a small loan to cover a train season ticket, this was my first time with them. The form asked a few questions about my job which took a bit of looking up but it was all sorted quickly. Only thing that caught me out was the first repayment date came sooner than I expected, but I got a reminder email, so fine.
I looked at my bank, a comparison site and this one before picking. The bank wanted to see paperwork I didn't have on me, which put me off. This was quicker to apply for and the money turned up without any fuss.
I needed to pay a bill that was due before payday, and I'd compared a few lenders over the weekend. This one had the clearest terms once I got into the details. The one thing that annoyed me was a small fee on the statement I hadn't spotted at first, though it was explained when I asked about it.
I needed a bit of cash to cover a deposit on a flat before the agent would hold it for me. Had to wait a day longer than they said for the approval email to show up. Otherwise it was fine and the money arrived in time.
Good enough for what I needed, the form took about five minutes on my phone. Would have liked a clearer breakdown of the total before I confirmed, I had to dig for the figures. Money came through quick though.
Honestly took about four minutes start to finish which is way quicker than doing it through my old bank app, where I had to phone someone. Got the money into my account the same afternoon, all very simple, just rushing between jobs so forgive the typos.
