The booking page showed a survey slot on the Tuesday which nobody else I'd looked at could offer, so that's what stood out. I'd had two other firms quote for the same alarm service and this was the only one that gave me a time window I could actually keep. The engineer arrived in it, did the check and emailed a short report the same day. Easy from start to finish.
Read moreI'd say the service is fine, though it took a long time to get the appointment sorted. I had been with them for a few years now for the house alarm monitoring, so I know how they work. The engineer who came out to replace the battery was polite and got on with it. The reminder about the contract renewal came a bit late though, and I had to ring to clarify the new charges.
Read moreHaving worked in facilities for years I know what a decent CCTV survey looks like, and the engineer they sent knew his stuff, cabled neatly and didn't try to oversell me on extra cameras. My complaint is the admin. The quote took about a week to arrive after the visit and I had to chase it once. The install itself was tidy and the footage quality is good, so it's a real niggle rather than a…
Read moreQuicker than the other company I tried, I got a callback within the hour and a visit booked for the next morning. Engineer swapped a faulty door sensor and tested the whole system before leaving. Brilliant, cheers.
Honestly really happy with the new door entry system they put in at mine. Got it booked quickly on the site and the guy came when he said. Looks proper good and the app is easy. Would say yes to them again.

We needed a proper access control system for the staff entrance because the old key fobs kept getting lost. I've worked with security installers for years and know what a decent install looks like. This team matched the cabling neatly, set up the permissions with us and showed the office manager how to add users.
Got the video doorbell fitted and it's been brilliant since. The engineer was on time and got the wifi sorted without any drama. The app connects straight away and the alerts are spot on.
Compared with the firm we had before, this is a lot easier to deal with. Our maintenance visits are booked in advance and the engineer always rings ahead. The system has run without fault for years now and the team sorts problems quickly.
I have used this firm for the business premises for about twenty years now. The engineers know the building and the regular checks are always done on the date given. Nothing has changed in how they run things and I've never had to chase them.
We've been with them for years for the shop alarm and they're still the first number we ring. Callouts are reliable and the engineers remember our setup. Prices have stayed fair too.
Needed an engineer to look at the shutter on the shop after it jammed and I booked it on the site on my phone while stood at the bus stop. Took about a minute and they confirmed the time by text straight away. Engineer was there the next morning and sorted it before I'd opened up.
Booked the cctv install through the site on my phone while on the bus. Engineer turned up Saturday morning as promised, cameras went up on the front and back of the flat. Got the app set up in about ten minutes and the footage shows up clearly. Would definitely book again.
Needed a replacement anti-snap lock for the side gate and the price they gave was the lowest of the three I got, with fitting included. The booking was simple and the fitter turned up when they said. The lock works well and the gate closes properly now. Nothing else to add really, it did the job for the money.
Booked the cctv install on the site on my phone during my lunch break. Engineer came Thursday, four cameras up, app works first go. Quick and no faff, would use again.
