Bought the annual cover on my phone while waiting for the bus. Took about five minutes, the quote was clear and no nonsense. Documents came through to my email straight after. Got the policy schedule and the cover started at midnight like it said it would. Happy with it so far.
Read moreThe first thing that struck me was how much clearer the monthly figure was on the site than I expected. I did find the arrangement fee was added at the end, which I hadn't spotted at first, and I'd have liked it shown up front. The rest of the process was straightforward enough and I'm not complaining, I just think it could be more obvious.
Read moreI wanted to combine three credit cards into one loan so I'd only have one payment to track each month. I'd used a comparison site before so I knew roughly what rate to expect. The application took about ten minutes and approval came through overnight. The only thing I'd flag is the set up fee which is a bit higher than I expected, but the rate is still better than what I was paying.

The application took a few minutes and the funds were in my account by the afternoon. Repayments through the app are easy to track. Small thing is the fee shows up a bit late in the process, but it is not a dealbreaker.
The app is the main thing I use and it works fine, though it takes a few seconds to load on my phone. Booking a session was quick and the reminders are useful. Would like a dark mode but that's a small thing.
Booked a slot for the Saturday through the site. Easy enough, though the confirmation email went to spam at first. Everything else was fine and the reminder came through the day before.
