Made a claim on my home policy after a pipe burst and the online form was easy enough to fill in. The problem was the wait. The assessor came out nine days later than they said they would, and I had to ring twice to find out what was happening. Once it was sorted the payment came through quickly and the company did cover everything they'd agreed to.

This was the best of the three I looked at, and the fees were clear before I committed to anything. I went with them because the monthly cost was lower than the others and the application didn't need a branch visit. Took about a week from approval to the money landing. Happy with it.

I compared a few providers before going with this one, and it does cost a little more each month than some of the cheaper options I looked at. I chose it for the extra support line and the fact that my account manager knows my name. The booking process itself was fine but took longer than I'd like because I had to upload documents twice. It's an ok service, just not the cheapest.
